No matter which floor your unit is on, you will have ample parking right outside your door. The lower level overlooks the Hop Brook Golf Course and is a popular destination for our tenants to sneak off to for fun or to play a round with clients.
Family Affair
The Offices at 35 Porter are a family affair. Currently operated by the son of the original owner who is onsite most days and happily available by phone, text and email 24/7 when not. The knowledge of multiple generations makes for a well-managed office rental space. We have learned is that working with and rewarding good tenants by giving them the things they need at an affordable rent makes for a mutually beneficial agreement and years of success for both.
